Changes and updates. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time and without prior notice. The terms in force at the time your order is placed will apply to your order. On our site you will always find the latest version of the Terms.
We cannot guarantee that any products listed on the site at a given time will be available at all times. We reserve the right to stop selling a product at any time.

The cusutcuataroz.ro website belongs to Crowd Control SRL, a Romanian company with its registered office at str. 1 Decembrie 1918 nr. 124 ap. 2, sat Roșu, com. Chiajna, Ilfov county, VAT ID RO 40453728, trade register no. J23/219/2019, email: cusutcuataroz@gmail.com.
We are a company that sells bed linen and home textiles online.
Your personal data
The Site processes personal data provided by you or collected from other sources, as described in detail in the Privacy policy.
We are committed to complying with national and European legislation on the protection of personal data and the free movement of such data.
By visiting and/or using the site, placing orders or interacting with us by any method and/or any means of distance communication, you agree to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy policy.
You also declare that all personal data and information sent to us is correct. Where the data does not belong to you, you declare that you have obtained the prior written consent of the data subject whose data you are sending us, or that you are sending the data on another legal basis under Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Eligibility
To legally place an order on our site you must (1) be over 18 and/or have full legal capacity; (2) agree to this Contract; and (3) provide us with real, complete and up-to-date identity and contact information.
Sales to minors. The Site does not sell products to minors. If you are under 18, please ask a parent/guardian to place the order on your behalf or to authorise the order.
Rules for using the site
Rules: by accessing, visiting, placing an order or carrying out any other activity on our site, you promise to comply with the following rules:
- You will use this site exclusively to place legitimate orders or for information;
- You will not place any false or fraudulent orders; otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the order and inform the competent authorities or take legal action to recover any damage caused;
- You will provide real, accurate, complete and up-to-date information;
- You will respect the intellectual property rights in any element found on this site.
- You will not carry out any action that could cause any kind of damage to our site; otherwise we reserve the right to take legal action to recover any damage caused.
Consequences: we reserve the right to block access for any user who breaks the rules above, to cancel orders, to notify the competent authorities so that any antisocial acts are held administratively/criminally liable, and to take legal action to recover in full any damage caused, present or future, including lost profits and legal costs (including lawyers’ fees).
Conclusion of the contract
Date the contract is concluded. The contract between you and us is concluded when your order is expressly accepted by us and you receive an email confirming delivery.
Protection: if we do not accept the order but money has been taken from you, we will refund it as soon as possible.
The decision is ours. We reserve the right to decide, unilaterally and without giving reasons, whether or not to conclude a sales contract. We will have no liability towards you if we refuse to process an order. Ownership of the products will pass to you only once you have paid all amounts due for the products, including the delivery costs.
Product availability
We cannot guarantee that products listed on the site at a given time will be available for purchase at all times. We will have no liability towards you if a product is no longer on the site. Although we try to keep product availability information on the site updated in real time, we cannot guarantee that this information will be up to date at all times. All orders depend on the products being in stock.
Guarantees: if products are unavailable but you have already placed your order, we will let you know and recommend similar products of equal or similar value that can be ordered. If you do not wish to order the similar products we recommend, we will cancel the order and, if you have already paid for the products, we will refund the money as soon as possible.
Product prices. Payment. Delivery
Product prices are shown on the site in lei (RON) and include value added tax. If there is an error in a price shown on the site, we will let you know as soon as possible and either refund the amount paid in excess or ask you for an additional amount. If the new price is not satisfactory for you, if you do not reply to our request or if we cannot contact you, we will cancel your order and refund the amount paid as soon as possible.
Product prices may be updated/changed at any time, and such an update/change will replace any previous price. The prices in force when your order is actually placed will apply to your order.
Products ordered can be paid for online by card.
Your card details are processed by Stripe, and we do not store any data relating to your card.
If you choose to pay by card, the issuing institution will validate and authorise the payment. If the transaction is not processed for reasons beyond our control (e.g. insufficient funds on the card, expired card), the contract between us is not concluded and we will have no obligation to deliver the products, but you may choose another payment method or try the payment again with a valid card.
Shipping or delivery charges are not included in the price, except for certain offers that will be brought to your attention, where applicable, on the site. For more information about the Delivery policy, please see the Delivery policy section of our site.
There are no deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays. Please note that in certain situations, especially during the holidays or Black Friday, delivery times may be longer, as a result of couriers being busy or for other reasons beyond our control. Delivery delays will not be due to our actions or omissions but to an event outside our control, in which case you agree not to hold us liable under any circumstances.
Force majeure and fortuitous events
We will not be held liable for any delays or failures in providing our services if a case of force majeure or a fortuitous event occurs. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, changes in laws or regulations, embargoes, wars, terrorist acts, riots, fires, earthquakes, nuclear accidents, floods, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, weather conditions and acts of hackers or internet service providers.
Right of withdrawal
Under O.U.G. 34/2014, if you are a consumer (an individual), you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, took physical possession of the products.
For products personalised with embroidery, we reserve the right to refuse the return, as they cannot be resold afterwards, so please place personalised orders carefully. For more information on how to exercise the right of withdrawal, please see the Returns policy section of our site.
Intellectual property
The entire content of the site is the intellectual property of Crowd Control SRL. The site may be used by third parties only for information and/or placing orders.
Users of the site have no right to download, partially or fully modify, partially and/or fully reproduce, copy, distribute, sell or exploit the site in any other way contrary to the interests of Crowd Control SRL, whether or not for commercial purposes.
All content (including but not limited to databases, graphic elements, trademarks and legal content) is the intellectual property of Crowd Control SRL. The entire site is protected by Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights, and for any infringement of intellectual property we reserve the right to apply to the competent courts to recover the damage in full and to file a criminal complaint with the judicial authorities to hold the offender criminally liable.
Final provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the subject matter of any Contract and replace any other prior agreement or understanding, verbal or written, between you and us.
This Contract is binding. You may not transfer, assign, charge or otherwise dispose of this Contract or any of your rights or obligations arising from it without our prior written consent. We may transfer, assign, charge, subcontract or otherwise dispose of a Contract or any of our rights or obligations arising from it.
This Contract and any use of the site are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute between us will be submitted to the Romanian courts.
