Policy on the use of cookies and similar technologies
The cusutcuataroz.ro website (hereinafter the Site, Website or Web site), including its version optimised for mobile devices (smartphone, tablet), uses cookies and similar technologies (beacons, pixels, etc.) to manage login sessions, to provide personalised web pages and to tailor advertising and other content so that it reflects the specific needs and interests of its Customers. When accessing the cusutcuataroz.ro Site, the Customer’s consent is required for the use of cookies and similar technologies for the purposes described in this policy.
Cookies may be used to store items such as the Customer’s identifiers or preferences. A website can set a cookie in the browser if the browser’s preferences allow it. A browser only allows a Site to access the cookies it has set itself, not those set by other websites.
For the purposes of this Policy, any person who accesses the cusutcuataroz.ro website or sections of it is considered a User and will be referred to as such in this document. The Cookie Policy is supplemented by the definitions in the cusutcuataroz.ro Terms and Conditions and by the policies of our business partners, for which, however, we accept no responsibility.
- What are COOKIES?
Cookies are IT data in the form of small files installed on your personal computer (PC), smartphone or tablet, including without limitation text files, stored for the purpose of using the web page. These files make it possible to recognise the User’s device and to present content in a relevant way, adapted to the User’s preferences. Cookies usually contain the name of the web page they come from, the date they were stored on the device and a unique number.
We use cookies to personalise the content and ads on the site, to give you access to the company’s social media pages and to analyse traffic on the website. We also share information about your use of our website with our social media, analytics and advertising partners.
- What types of cookies do we use?
We use the following types of cookies: the site’s own (session) cookies and third-party cookies (Google analytics cookies only). Session cookies are temporary files that remain on the User’s device until the end of the session or until the application (web browser) is closed. Cookies used by the partners of a web page operator, including without limitation the users of the web page, are governed by the respective cookie policy, so we recommend reading the policy of the partner operator concerned, for which cusutcuataroz.ro accepts no responsibility.
- What are cookies used for?
Cookies are used to adapt the content of web pages to the User’s preferences and to optimise the use of web pages. They are also used to prepare anonymous aggregated statistics that help us understand how a User benefits from our web pages, allowing us to improve their structure and content, without identifying the User. Cookies ensure a much faster and more secure interaction with the cusutcuataroz.ro website. Cookies also help us to show you, where applicable, advertising both on the Site and on other websites you visit.
- Do cookies process personal data?
Personal data collected through the use of cookies may only be collected to facilitate certain functionalities for the User. This data is encrypted, so that access to it by unauthorised persons is secured.

Preferences, features and services – Cookies can tell us which language you prefer the Site content to be displayed in and what your communication preferences are. Cookies can help you easily fill in forms on the cusutcuataroz.ro Site. Cookies also provide you with personalised features, information and content, together with our plugins. You can find out more about plugins in the Privacy policy.
Performance, Analytics and Research – Cookies help us understand how well the site works and how our plugins perform in different locations. Cookies may also be used to understand, improve and research products, features and services, including when you access cusutcuataroz.ro from other sites, applications or devices, such as your work computer or your mobile device. cusutcuataroz.ro provides information about the types of cookies used at any given time, when the website is accessed, or in this Policy, which is updated and reviewed periodically.
The cusutcuataroz.ro website uses two types of cookies:
the site’s “own” cookies;
Google analytics cookies.
- “Essential” cookies
Essential cookies are files required for a website to work properly. They allow the User to navigate a website and to perform certain functions, such as accessing secure areas, placing lists, depositing funds and managing the Account. Without these cookies, the provision of specific online services and functions would not be possible.
These files do not interact in any way with Users’ personal data; these cookies are intrinsic to the use and operation of the website, so they are installed and removed at the end of the session. These cookies are kept to a minimum, so the company will only use “essential” cookies.
An example of an essential cookie is a file installed to remember your choice regarding the use of cookies by cusutcuataroz.ro
- We use essential cookies to:
remember the information entered in order forms as you move between pages within a single browser session;
identify you as being signed in to the cusutcuataroz.ro website;
help us provide the correct Site features for your geographic location.
- Cookies we have defined as “essential” will not be used to…
Collect information that could be used to advertise our products or services;
Remember your preferences or username beyond your current visit. These cookies cannot be disabled, since without them the website’s functionalities could not be accessed, which would make it impossible to use the website and therefore to view and purchase cusutcuataroz.ro products and services online.
- Which third-party cookies do we use?
- Google Analytics
- Independent Analytics
The cusutcuataroz.ro website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies (text files placed on your computer) to help website operators analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookies about your use of this site (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information to evaluate the use of the website, compile reports on website activity for site operators and provide other services relating to website activity and internet use. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. By using this site, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above. We do not identify, and do not allow Google to identify or attempt to identify, the people who visit our site.
The Google Analytics cookies are:
Cookie name – Cookie use:
_gid – duration 24 hours
_ga – duration of the session
For a detailed explanation of how Google uses cookies and other similar technologies, for what purpose and what types of cookies are used, please see Google’s cookie policy, available at the following link: https://policies.google.com/technologies/cookies?hl=en
cusutcuataroz.ro uses Facebook-specific cookies. For a detailed explanation of how Facebook uses cookies and other similar technologies, for what purpose and what types of cookies are used, please see Facebook’s cookie policy, available at the following link: https://www.facebook.com/policies/cookies/.
- How do we use web beacons, pixels and/or other technologies?
Web beacons (also known as clear gifs or pixel tags) often work together with cookies. We and our service providers (for example Facebook or Retargeting.biz) may use them for purposes similar to cookies, such as understanding and improving the use of our services, improving site performance, monitoring traffic and visitor actions on our site and understanding interactions with our marketing (ads on third-party sites). Because web pixels often work together with cookies, in many cases declining cookies will affect the effectiveness of the pixels.
We use other technologies similar to cookies, such as browser storage (JavaScript and jQuery).
Like cookies, some of these technologies may store small amounts of data on your device. We may use these plugins and various other technologies for purposes similar to those for which we use cookies, such as enforcing our business terms, preventing fraud and analysing the use of our services. There are several ways to express your consent regarding these technologies. For example, many popular browsers let you clear browser storage, usually in the settings or preferences area; see your browser’s help function or support area to find out more. Other technologies can be removed from the website or application.
For details of the profiling activities carried out through pixel technology by Retargeting.biz, please read its Privacy policy, where you will find specific information.
- Deleting cookies
An application used to access the cusutcuataroz.ro web pages only allows cookies to be saved on the device to the extent that the User has expressly given consent to this type of processing. If you are a visitor, you can withdraw the consent given for the installation of third-party advertising cookies from the settings section made available in this paragraph. For Users (Customers), the settings for advertising cookies are available in the cookie consent pop-up on the Site, or in this Policy in the following paragraph.

Detailed information about the options and ways of managing cookies can be found in the settings area of the application (web browser). Please note that limiting the use of cookies may affect certain essential functionalities of the web page.
